We ship domestic orders 1-2 business days after an order is placed. Priority Mail is typically delivered within 1-3 business days while USPS First class usually takes 2-5 business days. FedEx Ground usually takes 1-5 business days. You should receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order leaves our studio. Please let us know if you'd like your order expedited and we will try our best to do so!
We send most international packages via First Class International Mail, which doesn't include features such as tracking information or delivery confirmation. Shipping times vary depending on location, time of year and local postal service. On average, orders should arrive in 2-4 weeks.
International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. International packages may be delayed by customs. Unfortunately, we at Forage Soap and Candle have no control over these circumstances.
REFUNDS + EXCHANGES
At Forage Soap and Candle, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Forage Soap and Candle within 7 days of delivery.
You may also exchange your product of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.
In the event the package is damaged during shipping you may return your unused candle(s) or soap(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at lisa[at] foragesoaps.com for further details.
